Okay, maybe it's too early in the morning and all, but the awfully long entry before this can be summarised as thus: I believe that to be able to do true compassionate work, one has to be at peace. And that starts from the home. That probably means putting away affairs of the heart, the home, any other extraenous form of attachment that might interfere with true charity. Does that make sense? Oh never mind. I can't help but descend into flippancy when my eyes are trying to steal a run on me. |
