"Red as blood, White as snow, Black as the Ebony frame of the window." The three colours of the three-part Goddess. Maiden, Mother and Crone. Red for rubedo, the sacrifice. White for albedo, the coming of the light, and Black for nigredo, the dark night of the soul. This is what the story of Snow White means. The real story. I feel depressed.
